auxilio-natalidade garantirá, após a realização de doze (12) contribuições
mensais, à segurada gestante, ou ao segurado, pelo parto de sua esposa ou
companheira não segurada, ou de pessoa designada na forma do item Il do artigo
11, desde que inscrita pelo menos 300 (trezentos) dias antes do parto, uma
quantia, paga de uma só vez, igual ao salário-mínimo vigente na localidade de
