Engine
Active pneumatic suspension
MWM electronic engine with 220 cv turbo 
charger. In addition to providing considera-
ble sav ings and longer lifespan, the engine 
emits low pol lutants, causes less vibrations, 
and generates lower noise.
It offers a better machine levelling even on 
bumpy terrains and keeps spreading uniform.
Transmission gearbox
It optimises the conveyor belt movement, al-
lowing for more speed range application, thus 
eliminating the need for manual adjustments 
for speed transmission and torque ratio.
Hydraulic motors with
planetary reducers
They work independently, with high 
torque and low 4-wheel rotation. 
Electrical system
The electrical system consists of modular wir-
ing harnesses integrated into the machine. 
They are properly positioned inside protective 
electric conduits, preventing the wiring har-
ness from direct exposure to corrosive prod-
ucts and weather conditions, consequently 
increasing the lifespan of wiring harnesses. Hydraulic pump
Even in situations that require high acceler-
ation, the pump can control the oil flow, as a 
consequence, it avoids overpressure in hoses 
and in the entire transmission system. The LS 
pump (Load Sensing) automatically adjusts 
the oil flow and pressure by using only the 
required power to carry out the machine op-
erations.

Conveyor belt
Rubber conveyor belt that features a belt self-cen-
tring system. Besides, it is equipped with carrying 
idlers that ease the machine operation, avoid over-
load, and provide higher spreading precision.
Conveyor belt structure
Stainless steel structure that provides longer equip-
ment lifespan.
Hopper
Stainless steel hopper with high resistance and durabil-
ity. 6000kg capacity.
Camera
It enables the operator to see the twin feedgate opera-
tion, besides assisting on the machine steering proce-
dures. 
Spinner disks
They feature vane adjustment system which provides 
an application range of up to 36 metres in addition to 
great spreading evenness. 
Electronic scale
It monitors the product amount contained in the hop-
per. This information is sent to Topper, which beeps 
sounds to alert every time the product level in the 
hopper is low. This process allows the operator to have 
more control in operations.
By means of Topper 5500, Hércules 6.0 performs ap-
plications with fixed or variable rates. Its greatest ad-
vantage is application precision indi cated by the 
metering prescription maps. Only the required is ap-
plied for each area, resulting in fertil iser savings and 
boosting productivity. 
Variable rate
Twin feedgate with product flow divider
It is a system that allows for only one side of the hopper, 
that feeds the spinners, to be closed. Consequently, it 
avoids application in areas where the product has al-
ready been applied. In addition to provide

the machine and the operator.
Auto Steering
A robust and reliable system that guar-
antees shorter response time. It reduces 
fails and overlaps, crop damage, and the 
next machine traffic control is possible 
for further operations.

SYNCRO*
Stara’s exclusive system, Syncro, allows for 
up to four Hércules 6.0 machines to work 
synchronized in the same field and com-
municating to each other via radio. The 
system provides better operation plan-
ning, which offers standardised manage-
ment to each crop field. Additionally, it 
avoids overlaps, provides fertiliser savings, 
and increases operational yield.

** The base station for signal repetition is not required. Precision 
may vary according to the receptors capacity and weather 
conditions.
Signal correction*
It adds the best experience in signal 
correction, ensuring higher precision in 
crop field operations. It is recommended 
for auto steering operations and that re-
quire path following. Its precision is 2.5 
cm**, which reduces crop damage and 
overlap, as a consequence, providing hi-
gher operational yield.
