ingressou na empresa Alfa um ano antes de João, trabalhando na unidade fabril
do município de Osasco, que pertence à mesma região metropolitana de São Paulo.
João sempre recebeu salário superior aquele percebido por Mário. Inconformado
com esta situação, Mário ingressou com ação trabalhista objetivando equiparação
salarial e nomeou com paradigma João. Em sua defesa, a empresa suscitou que
João obteve aumento salarial através de decisão judicial em decorrência de
vantagem pessoal e comprova através de documentos as alegações. Conforme
