HE LIVES IN SÃO PAULO – HANDS ON
1
Como vimos, para he, she e it, devemos colocar o “S” ou “ES”. Quando uso um e quando
uso o outro?
sh, x.
Exemplos acrescentando apenas o “S”: sees, lives, likes, saves, works, swims, exercises, opens,
closes, takes, runs, cleans, organizes, uses, wakes up, gets dressed, reads, drives, rides, speaks,
walks.
tries, replies.
O verbo have é uma exceção, usamos has para he, she e it.
Para montar frases afirmativas no presente quando temos he, she e it, usamos:
Sujeito + verbo (com s, es, ies) + complemento
Exemplo:
He saves money

Sujeito verbo complemento

E a negativa? Acrescentamos o doesn’t ou does not. Veja:
He doesn’t save people

Sujeito verbo complemento
Lembrando que: he usamos para ele, she para ela e it para objetos, tempo, animais, datas,
etc. It não é usado para pessoas. O seu pet você pode usar he/she, já que você tem um carinho
especial por ele, então deixa de ser um animal qualquer e usamos he/she.
