This is true even after relaunching the client, rebooting, or clearing the cache. Some clients may be working properly with no lagging. A client running on the server will act as expected. May also see an error that the .bmp image files are missing from the server, despite other clients being able to see the images without any issue. Cause Proxy is blocking communications Solution 1. Open the command prompt 2. Check to see if there is a proxy by running the command netsh winhttp show proxy 3.
