All rights reserved 2010 82</p><p>Start-up procedure for a new job</p><p>S5100-E4</p><p>New jobs are programmed by means of a wizard (sequence) that will guide the operator through a series of simple screens in which each</p><p>parameter will be separately entered.</p><p>This programming can be done, either:</p><p>- During a job change, when the new job will be directly loaded onto the screen.</p><p>- During production (with immediate memorization of the parameters in the PC), the job will be loaded later, when the machine</p><p>is ready.</p><p>The name, the web path and the repeat length are stored in the new job list and can be processed during production or during a job change.</p><p>"Navigation" keys appear in the majority of the screens of the sequence. These allow you to continue or quit the job programming sequence:</p><p>Cancel and quit the wizard.</p><p>Modified data will be lost.</p><p>Back to previous screen.</p><p>Go to the next screen.</p><p>This icon will appear the moment a value is entered or a correct choice is made.</p><p>Go to the last screen programmed.</p><p>This icon will only appear if you go back to a screen that has already been configured. It allows you to "jump" the screens that have</p><p>already been programmed.</p><p>Confirm and save data.</p><p>You can quit the programming sequence at any stage by choosing another menu ("Production", "Start-up", etc.) or selecting one the controlled</p><p>printing units. The data already entered are saved and programming can be resumed from the point at which it was interrupted. They will be displayed in the</p><p>wizard and can be modified if necessary.</p><p>THE REPEAT LENGTH AND WEB PATH OF THE NEW JOB AND THE TEMPLATE MUST</p><p>BE IDENTICAL.</p><p>If there are no suitable templates, press the opposite key:</p><p>55..
