Dimensionamento – Iluminação O dimensionamento da iluminação para cada cômodo foi baseado no cálculo da área. Para determinadas áreas como, Sala de estar, Sala de jantar, Quarto 1, Cozinha foram escolhidas potência de iluminação maior que o determinado pela norma. E banheiro por causa do ponto de iluminação na parede acida da pia. Dimensionamento – TUG e TUE O dimensionamento das TUG’s e TUE’s para cada cômodo foi baseado no cálculo do perímetro. Para cômodos como Sala de estar, Sala de jantar, Quartos 1, 2 e 3 no mínimo um ponto de tomada para cada 5m ou fração de perímetro. Para cômodos como Cozinha e Área de serviço no mínimo um ponto de tomada para cada 3,5m ou fração de perímetro, independente da área. E ainda acima da bancada da pia devem ser previstas, no mínimo, duas tomadas de corrente, no mesmo ponto ou em pontos separados. Para o Banheiro no mínimo um ponto de tomada junto ao lavatório com uma distancia mínima de 60cm do limite do boxe. Para determinar potência de TUG’s a norma estabelece que para Banheiro, Cozinha e Área de serviço atribuir no mínimo 600VA por ponto de tomada, até 3 tomadas e atribuir 100VA para os excedentes. Para os demais cômodos atribuir, no mínimo, 100VA por ponto de tomada. As potências das TUE’s na Tabela 2, foram especificas pela tabela de potências da COELBA. Potência ativa de iluminação: 1340 W Potência ativa de TUG’s: 4480 W Fator de demanda para iluminação e TUG’s: 0,45 Potência ativa de TUE’s: 12750 W Fator de demanda para TUE’s: 0,6 Fator de demanda para Circuito de distribuição: 0,95 Para o dimensionamento dos cabos e proteção foram baseados na norma 5410:2004 e ainda em critérios específicos como o de capacidade de condução de corrente e o de circuitos agrupados.
