Cement hydration control system for wet and dry sprayed concrete application, 
grouting and injection. DELVO®CRETE Stabilizers are capable of maintaining a 
pot life of up to 72 hours, allowing for total flexibility of site logistics.

MEYCO® TCC 735
The use of these conventional superplasticizers results in reduced accelerator 
consumption, reduced bleeding and lower levels of segregation. Further benefits 
include improved flow and workability.
In addition to the benefits of conventional superplasticizers, this new range 
of high-performance superplasticizers makes the manufacture of sprayed 
concrete mixes with low w/c ratios possible while maintaining superior flow 
and workability, allowing excellent early strength development as well as high 
long-term strength and improved durability.
Liquid pumping aid for sprayed concrete mixes with difficult or poorly graded 
aggregates. MEYCO® TCC 780 improves the thixotropy of the mix, eliminating 
the risk of segregation, thus improving pumpability.
Specially formulated product for lubrication of concrete pumps, hoses and 
pipelines prior to concrete pumping or spraying.
Chloride-free, multi-purpose liquid concrete improving admixture which 
enhances the quality of sprayed concrete in both plastic and hardened states. 
The unique composition of MEYCO® TCC 735 ensures better hydration of 
the cement. As a result, initial shrinkage is substantially reduced, bonding 
characteristics are enhanced and density and compressive strength are 
increased.

BASF supplies the full range of structural reinforcing fibers for sprayed concrete 
application, made of both steel and polypropylene. The use of MEYCO FIB 
Structural Fibers in sprayed concrete mixes greatly improves the load absorption 
capability and cracking resistance. Easy to dispense and use, giving even 
distribution throughout the mix to ensure uniform results.
MEYCO MS Micro Silica is available in both densified powder and liquid 
formulations. Micro silica is added to the sprayed concrete mixes to improve 
the pumpability and workability performance of mixes in the fresh state as 
well as reducing permeability and increasing density and long-term strength 
performance in the hardened state.
MEYCO MS Colloidal Silica is an amorphous precipitated silica suspension 
(liquid) designed to improve the properties of sprayed concrete in both the 
plastic and hardened states. Greatly improves pumpability and sprayability 
while reducing rebound in fresh mixes, as well as reducing permeability and 
improving durability in the hardened state.
Developed with the safety of operatives in mind, these low-dosage, alkali-free 
accelerators provide low dust and rebound levels. Additional benefits include 
both high early strength gain and long-term strength development, as well as 
enhanced durability.

MEYCO’s dedicated Development Group is currently focusing its efforts on 
tailoring the properties of sprayed concrete’s microstructure. Part of the BASF 
Corporation R&D community, MEYCO is conducting intensive research on 
the critical processes at the crystal scale. This work is paving the way for the 
continuous development of new admixtures which will continue to significantly 
improve the material properties of sprayed concrete:

the rotor principle - the MEYCO GM - in 1957. This started a tradition of innovation

Thanks to its singular jobsite-proven control system, which is based on laser 
technology, the MEYCO Logica facilitates the safe, easy and extremely accurate 
application of concrete.
The MEYCO Logica enables rapid checking of complete tunnel profiles by means 
of onboard visualization and immediate response, allowing quick determination 
of a defined guaranteed thickness of the applied concrete layer.
The MEYCO Logica supports maximum safety-at-work site conditions thanks 
to its high level of automation. Working in risky areas, for example, next to the 
excavation face of tunnels, can be avoided.
One machine fits all! The MEYCO Logica may be used for the application of 
our concrete-waterproofing membrane (MASTERSEAL 345) and fire protection 
mortar (MEYCO Fireshield 1350) for fast, accurate operations with associated 
cost savings.
The MEYCO Logica fulfils the requirement for continuous operation (24/7) with 
high volumes in changing geometries. Our MEYCO Data system, along with 
special evaluation software, makes the continuous recording of production and 
machine data possible and ensures consistent quality.

The combination of a primary sprayed concrete lining and secondary lining 
together with our fully bonded membrane MASTERSEAL 345 can be de-
signed for long-term durability: a permanent, long-term, durable waterproof 
tunnel lining.
