Updating the Firmware 
The AN-X operating software consists of several parts: 
• boot code, runs at startup 
• configuration kernel, runs when you update firmware 
• production kernel, runs in normal operation 
• application software, for PROFIBUS communication, scheduled 
communication with ControlLogix and unscheduled messaging, and 
AN-X to AN-X communication 
The boot code and kernels are supplied in file with extension qtf and are 
updated using the AnxInit utility. Run the command Utilities/Update 
AN-X Flash and select the file you wish to download. Refer to page 49 
for details. 
Firmware files contain the application programs for AN-X and have 
extension bin. They are downloaded using the command 
Configuration/Firmware Update or Utilities/Update Firmware in 
AnxInit. Refer to page 50 for details. 
Occasionally individual patch files are released. They have extension pch 
and are downloaded using the Utilities/Patch Firmware command in 
AnxInit. Refer to page 54 for details.

Gerando a Chave do LogixPro
Esta operação só deverá ser realizada após à instalação do LogixPro
1 - Clique em "Menu Iniciar" -> "Executar"
2 - Na janela que vai abrir, digite "cmd" (sem as aspas)
3 - Digite "cd C:\arquivos de programas\thelearningpit\logixpro" (sem aspas)
 ** Caso o endereço não apareça no PROMPT de comando, digite "c:" (sem aspas)
Na realidade deve-se procurar onde esta a pasta "thelearningpit" pois e nela que esta instalado o logixpro
4 - Digite "logixpro.exe register" (sem aspas)
5 - Deixe a tela que vai se abrir aberta, volte ao PROMPT e digite keygen.exe
6 - Escolha um nome bem estranho (ex: "sdafghwekpojqwe") e entre com ele no Keygen e no LogixPro
caso nao funcione na 1a tentativa, repita o procedimento. particularmente eu deixo o nome que esta no gerador de senha mesmo.
7 - Entre no Keygen com o número do Hardware (HWID) que aparece na tela de registro do LogixPro.
 ** Se aparecerem dois números, escolha o que tem "(enh)" do lado. Caso contrário (aparecendo somente um número) escolha a segunda metade do número.
8 - Com o seu Nome e HWID já escritos no Keygen, clique em Generate.
9 - Entre com a chave que aparecerá no respectivo campo do LogixPro e sua chave será criada (LogixPro liberado).
 *** caso apareça a mensagem de nome ou senha inválida, basta trocar o nome por outro e repetir os passos 6 a 9.
