B: So, Can I call Lary to start the recruitment Mrs. A? A: Yes, please. And tell him that we need to manufacture all this toys until December. B: Of course Mrs. A.

Resposta: If I'm in charge of a meeting, I would wait a couple of minutes to start the meeting just to be sure that everybody make your sits, or have time to introduce or shake hands with the other people at the office. And after everybody are comfortable at their sits, I would introduce myself to the room, and start the meeting. But If I'm participating in a meeting, I would behave myself, and try not to interrupt the chairperson.
