High power GaAsFET amplifiers are available in frequency band from 1.3
to 8.5GHz. A range of output powers are available to meet individual
customer requirements. All digital power amplifiers are carefully matched
to Gigawave microwave equipment and antennas, and feature excellent
linearity for QPSK, 16QAM and 64QAM modulation.
