Electronic Viruses The common flu is caused by more than 600 different types of viruses. When you get the flu, your organism is weakened by the strange body called virus. You get headaches, fever, and pains all over your body. These things contribute to the malfunctioning of your organism. It is also bad enough when computers are infected by electronic viruses. They are programs that destroy other programs and files. You contract electronic viruses when you use pirate diskettes that contain them. You first perceive you have contracted a virus when it is usually too late. On the screen of the display unit a message like this might appear: “Smile! Your files have been destroyed”. All you can do is regret not having taken the necessary precautions. Sometimes the disks demand payment of a “license fee” to the postbox in a remote country and then wreck programs and destroy files of anyone who happens to load the disks in their machines. If you are not working with backup files it may mean the end of years of work. What is the best antibiotic to electronic viruses? There are a certain number of steps you can take to avoid contracting electronic viruses. First of all, never load your computer with a media you are uncertain about the origin. Secondly, do not let strangers use your computer. And last, try to make backup files for all you have in it.
