O portador desta síndrome apresenta alterações no sistema estomatognático: dentes, língua, pe- riodonto, maxila, palato, mandíbula, oclusão e articulação temporomandibular. 2014 ISSN Impresso: 0104-7582 • ISSN Eletrônico: 2238-1236 Down syndrome: inclusion in dental care in the city of bauru NACAMURA, ClAUdiA AkeMi Dental surgeon – Dental Specialties Center of Bauru YAMASHiTA, JoSé CARloS Dental surgeon – Dental Specialties Center of Bauru BUSCH, RoSANA ModeSTo dA CUNHA Dental surgeon – Dental Specialties Center of Bauru aBsTRacT introduction: Down Syndrome (DS) is a chromosomal abnormality.
