INTRODUÇÃO
Com o passar dos anos, aumento do número de pessoas com acesso a um plano de saúde e com o aumento da demanda de exames, e até diante de um cenário econômico inseguro, acaba sendo necessário reduzir custos, melhorar padronização e eficiência dos seus processos, aumentar a produtividade , liberar o laudo rapidamente mas com qualidade, fica inevitável que grandes e médios laboratórios comecem a automatizar suas seções. A automação via de regra, chega primeiro em seções como hematologia e bioquímica. Outras demoram ou nem passam pela automação, como é o caso da uroanálise e parasitologia.
Hemocultura são usadas para detectar microrganismos patogênicos presentes no sangue. Em geral, são pedidas duas ou mais hemoculturas e colhidas como amostras consecutivas.

BacT/ALERT®3D
O sistema padrão BacT/ALERT consiste de um módulo de controle e um módulo incubador com capacidade de incubar e detectar simultaneamente a contaminação em 240 amostras individuais.
A modularidade permite a flexibilidade de adicionar até 6 módulos de incubação com um único módulo controlador pelo que o sistema pode se adaptar e crescer com você.
BacT/ALERT®3D
Completamente automático, o BacT/ALERT® 3D permite obter resultados consistentes, precisos e objetivos com o mínimo esforço.
Selecione a garrafa com o meio de cultura BacT/ALERT apropriado.
Inocule a garrafa com a amostra.
Carregue a garrafa no sistema BacT/ALERT.
Cada garrafa contém meio de cultura estéril e está embutido com um sensor colorimétrico que muda de cinzento para amarelo na presença de CO2 produzido pelo crescimento de microrganismos.
Depois de as garrafas terem sido carregadas, os sensores colorimétricos são escaneados a cada 10 minutos. Após detectado o crescimento, o sistema emite um alarme sonoro e visual e o dado da amostra é gravado.
Sistema de organização de placas de Petri
O sistema de distribuição automática de placas de Petri transporta a pilha de placas disponibilizada pelo sistema POS 720 até as estações de trabalho. 
Esse sistema é configurado em função do cliente, é independente e pode ser ajustado em altura dentro de certos limites. As bancadas ou os bancos de laboratório são encostados ao equipamento.
Uma estação de separação com scanner regula a distância de pilha de placas. Braços direcionadores orientam a pilha de placas para a estação de trabalho atribuída.

Extensão e gerenciamento de rotas configurável de forma personalizada.
Reduzida retenção de funcionários e facilidade de uso.
Fornecimento confiável de todas as placas de Petri.
Identificação segura das placas durante todo o processo.
Etiquetas adicionais para amostras e meios de cultura raros são disponibilizadas na estação de trabalho.
VITEK 2 COMPACT
É um sistema automatizado de microbiologia. Realiza identificações de bactérias e antibiograma. O VITEK 2 Compact destinam-se aos laboratórios de microbiologia que efetuam um grande volume de testes diários.
Contador de colônias
É um equipamento que permite análise rápida de colônias, bactérias e fungos através de impulsos registrados no display de LED.
O contador de colônias ainda possui suporte para placa de Petri em acrílico (transparente e quadriculado) e lâmpada circular fluorescente. Já a contagem de colônias é feita através de canetas em placa aberta ou fechada.
