Do you know him?
 Stanley Kirk Burrell is an American hip-hop singer and his most known by his stage name MC Hammer. He
was one of the most important rappers in the world 20 years ago. He was a multi-millionaire, but he lost all his money
living a luxury life.
 He was born on March, 3 in California. He lived in a poor neighborhood with his mother, brothers and sisters.
After growing up, MC Hammer joined the navy. However, he was a good dancer and he had a dream of being a pop
star. As a result, he left the navy, and, in 1990 and produced his first famous single:“U Can't Touch This”. He was a
rich man that time, but his lifestyle was expensive. His house was worth $ 12 million and there were 17 cars parked in
his garage.
 In 1996 he declared bankrupt, because Hammer had debts of $13 million. After losing all his money, he
changed his profession. 
 MC Hammer has his own recording business now and he always releases singles every year. He’s going to
record a new song next year to celebrate life, because he thinks he got a new chance to do things differently.
