BinWhip is valuable because it eliminates hassle and reduces costs. It 
takes care of flow problems quickly, minimizes down time, and keeps

HYDRAULIC POWER FOR TORQUE AND CONTROL 
The BinWhip is powered by hydraulics, which means there is more 
power, better control, and less expense. Hydraulic cleaning heads 
deliver tremendous power, yet are safe, easy to control, and won’t 
damage vessel walls. No external air is needed for operation, so plant 
air compressors are not tied up when the BinWhip is in use. The 
Hydraulic Power Unit requires only a 440 Volt 3-phase electrical 
hook-up to operate. 
 
SAFE, NO BIN ENTRY 
The BinWhip works from the top of the vessel, which eliminates the 
need for dangerous, confined space entry by employees. 
 
EASY TO MOVE, USE 
The BinWhip breaks down into easily-handled pieces, so setting up 
and moving from bin to bin is quick and easy. It works on vessels of 
all sizes, from a small 4’ x 4’ ingredients bin to a 30’ x 150’ coal silo. 
The BinWhip restores storage vessels to 100% capacity. If the 
material is currently usable, it can be reclaimed.

The Pneumat BinWhip is a unique tool, developed to clean clogged storage vessels without 
the danger of entering the vessel itself. It attaches easily to an opening at the top of a bin or 
silo. Its boom extends into the vessel to act as a guide for the main hose assembly and 
attached cleaning head. Flexible whips, attached to the cleaning head, create a buzzsaw-like 
cutting action that will knock out the toughest hang-ups without damaging vessel walls. 
Personnel never enter the bin, but can easily position the cleaning head inside the vessel by 
rotating or moving the boom up or down. The result is a clean vessel and reclaimed product.
