Good morning everyone
My name is Alison Antony Ribeiro and I am here to present the project proposal for the master's program of this institution.
The proposal name of this proposal is:
ADB MOBILE: QUESTIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF APPLICATION OF USABILITY A SMALL FARMERS OF THE REGION MIDWEST OF PARANÁ 
1. PROBLEM CHARACTERIZATION
INCLUDED IN SOCIETY USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
This inclusion of people in the information sector is only possible through systems developed with high standards of usability.
In this sense, it is necessary to deepen studies related to Usability and Human-Computer Interaction, collaborating with technologies that are really accessible.
THE DIGITAL SYSTEMS PASSED TO PART OF LIVES
Today it is seen, that technologies are increasingly inserted in our daily life, thus becoming more dependent on this medium of communication. Seen this, new technological tendencies are being born to help and facilitate our activities at work or even leisure. 
DO NOT AID TO SPEND WITH TECHNOLOGY IF YOU DO NOT CONTENT US SATISFACTION
No matter how much money is spent on technologies, it does not contemplate user satisfaction. In this way, it acts to emphasize how important are the people who are in this process, and their reaction to the use of the systems (Second FERREIRA, 2002).
2. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Evaluate the usability of the ADB MOBILLE application (case study), in order to identify possible interaction problems, in relation to the mechanisms implemented in the application software and point out possible improvements.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
a) Use a model to evaluate the usability of the software;
b) Create a set of items to evaluate the usability of the software;
c) Analyze the usability of the software;

GOALS:
Goal number 01 - Use of the modeling of the instrument of measurement of the usability perception and construction of a set of items from the indicators raised in the literature review.
Goal number 02 - Collection, organization and tabulation of data, with the application of questionnaires and interviews to users.
Goal number 03 - Analysis and evaluation of data through descriptive and multivariate statistics.
3. METHODS AND PROCEDURES
The present project proposal will be divided into three stages:
The first step is to identify usability indicators through the literature on the topic to guide usability and if necessary to update the set of items.
In the second step, after the consolidation of the measurement instrument, interviews will be conducted with the users who will participate in the research.
Research population: students of agronomy, agronomists and farmers of the central western region of Paraná. 
The third step is data analysis and will be conducted through data analysis through descriptive statistics. 
This work consists in applying methods of usability evaluation, using as basis for the analysis and evaluation an application for Cell phones for agriculture developed by teacher Dr. Claudio Leones Bazzi of the Federal Technological University of Paraná Medianeira campus.
4. EXPECTED RESULTS
It is expected that with the research, it is possible to verify the usability index of the ADB MOBILE application, and it is extremely necessary to have a high level of usability in all the application software, and especially in application software used by farmers, who tend to have more difficulty in using electronic devices.
