Social Business Model
The essence of a business model is to define how the company delivers value to customers, attract customers to pay for value, and convert them into profit. It reflects what customers want, how they want it, and how the company can organize itself to better meet those needs, get paid for it, and convert to profit (Teece 2010).
Value creation are collaborative processes, they are value-creating activities for clients and other stakeholders. The capture of value, in turn, refers to the incorporation of profits of each company, in other words, how companies eventually seek to achieve their own competitive advantages and profit (Ritala et al., 2013). The authors (Ron Adner and Kapoor 2010) have argued that value creation precedes value capture.
Value Creation
A place for the disadvantaged or homeless to be able to prepare themselves for reinsertion into the labor force.
To provide two main products to the consumer
The ability to learn, via classes offered online through our company, how to best reinsert into the labor force.
The ability to come and rent outfits to be able to look the part for an interview, for those who wouldn’t be able to afford it otherwise.
The goal is to reinsert these people into professions where they may have had past experiences, or entry-level jobs without much prior knowledge needed.
Value Delivery
To be started in France, but could be feasibly done in any area with a large homeless population or poverty rate.
To partner with local small businesses in order to help them expedite their hiring processes by offering them our clients.
We are going to have our own office where people can come in and enjoy our services
Value Capture
Clients
Small fee for our services (prices under the market price) and an additional fee of 8% for 6 months if they get a job.
Companies
A fee which calculated based on how many new employees they get from us and how much they will pay for those employees.
Partnerships
A bonus fee if they get a high quantity of profits from our clients.
