Definition 
Lecture is a speech read or delivered before an audience or class, especially for instruction or to set forth some subject.

An oral presentation intended to present information or teach people about a particular subject.

Usually the lecturer will stand at the front of the room and recite information relevant to the lecture's content.

There are other meanings for lecture:
(Education) a discourse on a particular subject given or read to an audience;
(Education) the text of such a discourse;
(Education) a method of teaching by formal discourse.

Let’s check
It’s a bad presentation because the speaker: 
Carries too many items;
Wears informal clothes;
Reads from the screen;
Gives his back to the audience;
Presents long texts;

Answers a phone call;
Speaks with a monotone voice;
Folds his arms;
Reads directly from his notes and doesn’t keep eye contact with the audience.
