pretendesse exercer a empresa de maneira individual deveria se registrar na
Junta Comercial como empresário individual (art. 967 do Código Civil) e
sujeitar todo o seu patrimônio pessoal – presente e futuro – ao cumprimento das
obrigações contraídas no exercício da atividade empresarial, <span
