You will have expertise in street lighting design (including LED) and maintenance, familiar with working safely on the highway and CDM, managing contractors, and an ability to use transferable skills to support traffic signals and ITS when required. You will be required to travel across Devon, so a driving licence is essential. You will have good interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with the public, councillors and peers.
