imotivadamente dispensada.</p>
<p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:
0cm;background:#EFEFEF'><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dois
meses após a sua dispensa, ajuizou uma reclamação trabalhista em face de seu
antigo empregador, que tramita perante a 1º Vara do Trabalho de <span
class=SpellE>Salvador-BA</span>, postulando horas extras, tendo em vista que,
por residir em um sítio afastado, levava, a pé, meia hora na ida e meia na
volta, até o local em que pegava o ônibus para ir trabalhar, caracterizando
horas&nbsp;<i>in <span class=SpellE>itinere</span></i>, sem contar as <span
class=GramE>2</span> (duas) horas de engarrafamento que enfrentava no trânsito
dentro do ônibus, tanto para ir quanto voltar do trabalho. Sendo assim, postula
o pagamento de <span class=GramE>5</span> (cinco) horas extras por dia,

que Mariza trabalhava oito horas por dia, de segunda a sexta, e quatro horas no

o transporte ser escasso em relação à demanda, hipótese não contemplada no
