Isto porque, o atendimento prestado por este profissional é fator decisivo para a fidelização do consu- midor. Inegavelmente, o frentista reflete a imagem do posto de combustível. Além do suporte dado ao cliente, o frentista é responsável pelo abastecimento do tanque de com- bustível; manuseio de equipamentos e, análise de fluidos dos veículos, tais como óleo do cárter, óleo de freio e nível de água do radiador. Dono de um perfil profissional altamente qualificado e de extrema importância, o frentista tam- bém desenvolve atividades de comercialização de produtos, identificando aquele que melhor atende as necessidades do veículo. Pensando na importância desta posição, o SINDIPOSTO elaborou a Apostila do Frentista para abordar aspectos elementares da atividade. Esperamos auxiliá-los de maneira ainda mais eficiente. 5 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA ROTEIRO PARA DESCARGA DE COMBUSTÍVEIS ORIENTAR O MOTORISTA DO CAMINHÃO PARA O TANQUE CORRETO CONFERIR SE O TANQUE DO POSTO ESTÁ CORRETO COM O PRODUTO DO CAMINHÃO A SER DESCARTADO COLETAR AMOSTRA TESTEMUNHA PREENCHER O ENVELOPE DE AMOSTRA TESTEMUNHA CASO O RESULTADO SEJA “NÃO CONFERE”, OU SEJA, FORA DE ESPECIFICAÇÃO, DEVOLVER O PRODUTO E INFORMAR À ANP (Resolução ANP 9/2007). CONFERIR PRODUTOS COM A NOTA FISCAL CONFERIR LACRES EFETUAR TESTES COM PRODUTOS (VER ADIANTE) CONFERIR SETA AUTORIZAR O DESCARREGAMENTO CARIMBAR / ASSINAR A NOTA FISCAL LIBERAR O CAMINHÃO RELATÓRIO DE ANÁLISE DA QUALIDADE (RAQ) 6 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA INSTRUÇÕES PARA ANÁLISE DE COMBUSTÍVEIS: A análise deve ser realizada em local plano, sem vibração, livre de corrente de ar, observando-se os seguintes procedimentos de análise: ANÁLISE DO ETANOL HIDRATADO COMBUSTÍVEL (EHC) Material Necessário: a) Proveta de 1L (um litro) limpa e seca; b) Densímetro de vidro para álcool, escala 0,750-0,800g/ml e 0,800-0,850g/ml, ou 0,770 -0,820g/ml, menor divisão de 0,0005g/ml; c) Termômetro de imersão total, aprovado pelo INMETRO segundo Portarias nº 3 de 10 de janeiro de 2002 e nº 245 de 17 de outubro de 2000, com escala de -10ºC a 50ºC e subdivisões de 0,2ºC ou 0,5ºC; d) Tabelas de massa específica reduzida e de teor alcoólico. PROCEDIMENTOS: 1) Quanto ao Aspecto Visual (EHC): a) Expressar os resultados de aspecto observados da seguinte forma: I - Límpido e isento de impurezas; II - Límpido e com impureza; III - Turvo e isento de impurezas, ou IV - Turvo e com impurezas. b) Expressar a cor visual. 2) Quanto à cor do combustível (EHC): n Normalmente incolor. Não pode apresentar as colorações laranja e azul, restritas ao EAC e a gasolina de aviação respectivamente. 3) Quanto à massa específica (EHC): a) Lavar a proveta com parte da amostra, descartar e encher novamente com a amostra, b) Introduzir o termômetro na amostra; c) Imergir o densímetro limpo e seco de tal forma que flutue livremente sem tocar o fundo e as paredes da proveta; 7 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA d) Aguardar alguns minutos para que se atinja a estabilidade térmica do conjunto e a posição de equilíbrio do densímetro; e e) Proceder às leituras do densímetro, da temperatura da amostra e anotar. Mínimo: 805,2 Kg/m3 Máximo: 811,2 Kg/m3 Obs.: Estes valores estão sujeitos às mudanças impostas pelos órgãos competentes. 4) Quanto ao teor alcoólico no EHC: n Fazer o cruzamento de dados na tabela de conversão (massa específica e temperatura), e anotar o resultado encontrado no Registro de Análise da Qualidade (RAQ), observando os seguintes parâmetros: Mínimo: 92,5 % Máximo: 94,6% Obs.: Estes valores estão sujeitos às mudanças impostas pelos órgãos competentes. ANÁLISE DO ETANOL HIDRATADO COMBUSTÍVEL PREMIUM (EHCP) Material Necessário: a) Proveta de 1L (um litro) limpa e seca; b) Densímetro de vidro para álcool, escala 0,750-0,800g/ml e 0,800-0,850g/ml, ou 0,770- 0,820g/ml, menor divisão de 0,0005g/ml; c) Termômetro de imersão total, aprovado pelo INMETRO segundo Portarias nº 3 de 10 de janeiro de 2002 e nº 245 de 17 de outubro de 2000, com escala de -10ºC a 50ºC e subdivisões de 0,2ºC ou 0,5ºC; d) Tabelas de massa específica reduzida e de teor alcoólico. ANÁLISE DO ÓLEO DIESEL S10 e S500 Material Necessário: a) Proveta de 1L (um litro) limpa e seca; b) Densímetros de vidro, escala 0,800-0,850g/ml e 0,850-0,900g/ml, com menor divisão de 0,0005g/ml; c) Termômetro de imersão total tipo “I”, aprovado pelo INMETRO segundo Portarias nº 71 de 28 de Abril de 2003, com escala de -10ºC a 50ºC e subdivisões de 0,2ºC ou 0,5ºC; d) Tabela de correção das densidades e dos volumes para os derivados de petróleo. 9 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA PROCEDIMENTOS: 1) Quanto ao Aspecto Visual: a) Expressar os resultados de aspecto observados da seguinte forma: I - Límpido e isento de impurezas; II - Límpido e com impureza; III - Turvo e isento de impurezas, ou IV - Turvo e com impurezas. b) Expressar a cor visual. 2) Quanto à cor do combustível: n S10 - Incolor ou Amarelo. n S500 - Vermelho. 3) Massa específica: a) Lavar a proveta com parte da amostra, descartar e encher novamente com a amostra; b) Introduzir o termômetro na amostra; c) Imergir o densímetro limpo e seco de forma que flutue livremente sem tocar o fundo e as pa- redes da proveta; d) Aguardar alguns minutos para que se estabeleça a estabilidade térmica do conjunto e a posição de equilíbrio do densímetro; e) Proceder às leituras do densímetro e da temperatura da amostra e anotar. n Com auxílio da tabela de conversão das densidades e dos volumes, e de acordo com a tem- peratura da amostra converter o valor encontrado para a massa especifíca a 20ºC e anotar no Registro de Análise da Qualidade (RAQ). 4) Massa específica a 20ºC - Óleo Diesel: S10 Mínimo: 815,0 Kg/m3 Máximo: 850,0 Kg/m3 S500 Mínimo: 815,0 Kg/m3 Máximo: 865,0 Kg/m3 Obs.: Estes valores estão sujeitos às mudanças impostas pelos órgãos competentes. 10 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA ANÁLISE DA GASOLINA (Comum e Aditivada) Material Necessário: a) Proveta de 1L (um litro) limpa e seca; b) Densímetros de vidro, escala 0,700-0,750g/ml e 0,750-0,800g/ml, com menor divisão de 0,0005g/ml; c) Termômetro de imersão total tipo “I”, aprovado pelo INMETRO segundo Portarias nº 71 de 28 de Abril de 2003, com escala de -10ºC a 50ºC e subdivisões de 0,2ºC ou 0,5ºC; PROCEDIMENTOS: 1) Quanto ao Aspecto Visual: a) Expressar os resultados de aspecto observados da seguinte forma: I - Límpido e isento de impurezas; II - Límpido e com impureza; III - Turvo e isento de impurezas, ou IV - Turvo e com impurezas. b) Expressar a cor visual. 2) Quanto à cor do combustível: n Do Incolor a Amarelada. 3) Massa específica: a) Inserir 1 (um) litro de combustível na proveta de 1000 ml (mil mililitros), precavendo-se para não ultrapassar e nem faltar à quantidade de combustível (para tanto, observe a graduação da proveta); b) Anotar o apurado no teste no Registro de Análise da Qualidade (RAQ) (densidade + temperatura) a 20ºC Kg/m3. 4) Teor de Álcool na Gasolina: Material: a) Proveta de vidro de 100mL graduada em subdivisões de 1ml com boca esmerilhada e tampa; b) Solução aquosa de cloreto de sódio a 10% peso/volume (100g de sal para cada litro de solu- 11 APOSTILA DO FRENTISTA ção). Procedimento: a) Colocar 50ml da amostra na proveta previamente limpa, desengordurada e seca, observando a parte inferior do menisco; b) Adicionar a solução de cloreto de sódio até completar o volume de 100mL, observando a parte inferior do menisco; c) Misturar as camadas de água e amostra através de 10 inversões sucessivas da proveta, evitando agitação enérgica; d) Deixar a proveta em repouso por 15 minutos de modo a permitir a separação completa das duas camadas; e) Anotar o aumento da camada aquosa em mililitros. Cálculo e Resultado: a) V = (A x 2) + 1, onde: V = Teor de álcool (AEAC) na gasolina, e A = Aumento em volume da camada aquosa (álcool e água). O Revendedor Varejista deve possuir e manter calibrados em perfeito estado de funciona- mento: n Os equipamentos necessários à realização das análises relacionadas no item 3 devem pos- suir certificados de verificação, conforme regulamentação do INMETRO, ou certificados de calibração emitidos por laboratório integrante da Rede Brasileira de Calibração ou por la- boratório que utilize padrões rastreáveis ao INMETRO, com exceção da proveta de 1L, que dispensa calibração ou verificação. (Redação dada ao subitem pela Resolução ANP nº 15, de 07.06.2010, DOU 08.06.2010) n Termodensímetro de leitura direta, aprovado pelo Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Normali- zação e Qualidade Industrial - INMETRO, instalado nas bombas medidoras de AEHC, indi- cando no seu corpo as instruções de funcionamento. n Medida-padrão de 20 litros aferida e lacrada pelo INMETRO para verificação dos equipamen- tos medidores quando solicitado pelo consumidor no ato do abastecimento.
