Hope all is well. 
This is Saravanamoorthy, I recently joined as Quality and Operations head of KB Bangladesh office. 
 
We have reviewed the Marisol warehouse failures and reviewed in detail of present Quality Control Systems, below initiatives taken to ensure that the right 
quality garments delivered on time to our customers.

1. Vendor Development 
 We introduced Texvista FCCA (Factory Capability and Capacity) Audit to existing and new vendors. 
 This will help us to identify the area where our vendors need to improve their Quality systems to achieve consistent quality from the all aspects. 
 We also introduced section wise Process control to ensure that our vendor factories are system driven. 
 We have now invested in the factories and are the partner with them for smooth execution of our orders. 
2. Risk Assessment Matrix based on Vendors (Accord Vendors, Basic Compliance vendor, noncompliance/sub contract vendors), Complication of styles, 
Complication of fabric/Process & Customer demands/Penalties), we divided our styles/orders into 3 categories – Green (Low Risk). Yellow (Moderate Risk) 
& Red –High Risk Orders. All Marisol styles considered as Red – High Risk Orders and Senior team will do the personal level follow up & strict vigilance from 
day 1 of order booking. 
4. We are in the process of transforming of Quality team Roles and accountabilities into Total Quality Assurance from Quality Control. Redefined our QA role 
and accountability as below 
 Involve in Pre-Production Activities -Sampling (PP/Size Set) & Fabric Processes 
 Set Processes in allocated vendor factory to produce Right First Time Quality 
 Take Preventive measures to minimize quality accidents 
 Involve in sewing line setting to produce quality from needle point 
 Regular Process wise Sewing Inline to ensure that quality level sustained 
 Involve in setting processes in Finishing as per style and buyer requirements. 
 Regular Finishing In Lines to ensure that quality garments packed consistently 
 Revised our AQL standards as below 
1. Inline -AQL 1.5 
2. Final Inspection Follow AQL 2.5 and follow Marisol guidelines for defect classifications (Holes/Damage, Bigger Broken stitches, Damages, 
Incomplete Tacking are considered as Critical.. Other defects counted as Major.. No minor defects) 
 Transparency in Inspection findings 
 
We are confident that Marisol orders are executed with perfection and looking forward to having longer partnership with Marisol.

ftys we work with.

Would request like to pay special attention to the problem with: visible seam, Untrimmed thread end; Broken stitch 
Bad stitch and hole, because we had several order rejected. 
 
>>Verify also the quality alert that had in the collection Spring Summer 2019, to prevent similar problems from occurring in that order. 
 
The following are the main reasons for rejection in sampling in general. (all suppliers). Collection High Summer 2018.
