Future (going to) When we want to talk about future plans or intentions, we use the verb to be + going to + verb (base form). Affirmative form Negative form Interrogative form I’m (am) going to travel to the beach tomorrow. I’m not going to travel to the beach tomorrow. Are you going to travel to the beach tomorrow? He’s (is) going to work next Saturday. He’s not (isn’t) going to work next Saturday. Is he going to work next Saturday? They’re (are) going to watch the new Sherlock Holmes’s movie next weekend.
