ABSTRACT Upon the problem that the swirling 	ow in centrifugal 	ow tundish is not enough
the present work searches a way which can reinforce the swirling 	ow in rotation chamber without the
application of external energy and power\ufffd The way is to change the height potential of molten steel in
ladle into the horizontal out	ow kinetics by using the bending nozzle\ufffd The physical and mathematical
models have been developed to verify that the swirling 	ow can be reinforced and the increment of
maximum velocity exceeds \ufffd\ufffd
 of the original velocity produced only by the magnetic \ufffdeld application\ufffd
