Cloud Native Architecture (Associates)
About this Course
The Cloud Native Architecture Associates program is a curated set of courses from Pluralsight for students interested in learning the fundamentals of designing cloud native systems.
Majority of our clients have already started cloud native platform adoption with a varying degree of maturity level. Common experience by our clients is that "Easy to start, but difficult endeavor to achieve proficiency due to the complexity in finding a good balance among competing requirements with the ocean of today's technology candidates to enable their business functions". Therefore, we attempt to introduce CLOUD NATIVE PLATFORM CAPABILITIES driven approach than a list of patterns.
To complete this course, you will need to have already acquired access to Pluralsight.

Your registration request will go to your training approver for approval. If you need to expedite your approval request, you can follow up directly with your training approver listed under the Career Support section of My Info in the Accenture Portal.
Update the new IT tracker with your personal details and chose “Cloud Native College” as your specialization

Curriculum Overview
Mandatory courses are all contained within our Pluralsight channel as PS modules
Estimated time to complete path is ~14 hours.
1. Clean Architectures (2hr 21m)
2. Microservices: Getting Started (3 hr)
3. The Twelve factor app from portability perspective (1hr)
4. Docker & Kubernetes: The Big Picture (1 hr 37 min)
5. Foundations for Cloud Architecture (1hr 36 min)
6. DevOps: The Big Picture (1hr 21min)
7. Continuous Monitoring: The Big Picture (45min)
8. SRE: The Big Picture (1 hr 25min)
9. Managing Apps on K8 with Istio (1 hr 33 min)
10. Security in the Cloud (1hr)
Course Access & Instructions
1. Send an email to johanna.dela.cruz@accenture.com stating your intent to enroll in cloud native college for Cloud Native Architecture Associates
2. Obtain your Pluralsight License
3. Register for the myLearning course: Cloud Native College – Architecture (Associates)
4. Wait for course approval (Contact your training approver to expediate the process)
5. Launch Pluralsight and login via “sign in with company or school” option
6. User login will be accenture.com (make sure one of your browser tabs is logged in to the Accenture portal for federation) 
7. Go to the channels (top right) and then select company channels
8. Launch the cloud native channel – “Cloud Native Architecture Associates” and start learning
 
9. Mark the mylearning course Cloud Native College – Architecture (Associates)
as completed and send an email to johanna.dela.cruz@accenture.com to receive college credit and badge.
