Official Monthly Activity Report Titumir College IT Society (TCITS) 
Reporting Period: August 2025 
Overview: During the month of August 2025, the Titumir College IT Society (TCITS) successfully 
executed a series of structured activities designed to foster technical skills, digital literacy, 
leadership capacity, and community engagement among its members. These initiatives aligned 
with the society’s mission of building a technology-driven campus culture that empowers 
students with both academic and professional competencies. 
Key Activities 
1. Workshop Series: CapCut Course – Zero to Hero, Dates: 5th, 12th & 14th August 
Focus: Hands-on training in creative video editing using CapCut. Outcome: Participants gained step-by-step expertise 
in editing techniques, enabling them to apply skills in both academic presentations and creative content 
development. 
2. Online Sessions: Daily Life Hacks with MS Word & Online Skills, Dates: 22nd & 27th August 
Focus: Practical training in academic and professional digital tools. Outcome: Students enhanced their efficiency in 
documentation, formatting, and leveraging online tools for productivity. 
3. Executive Viva & Committee Declaration, Date: 28th August 
Focus: Leadership evaluation and restructuring of the executive body. Outcome: Strengthened organizational 
accountability and finalized the new Executive Committee, ensuring better coordination for upcoming activities. 
4. Community Bonding & Comedy Session, Date: 31st August 
Focus: Relaxation, entertainment, and strengthening interpersonal relationships. Outcome: Promoted stress relief, 
encouraged unity, and reinforced a positive community spirit among members. 
Monthly Highlights: Completion of professional skill-development workshops with active student 
participation. Enhanced digital literacy across multiple tools and platforms. Establishment of a 
stronger leadership culture through the Executive Viva process. Effective community 
engagement, balancing professional growth with teamwork and wellbeing.
