Para encontrarmos o limite da função dada, realizaremos os cálculos abaixo:
\(\begin{align} & h(x)={{x}^{2}}-2x+1 \\ & \\ & \underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,h(x)=\underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,\left( {{x}^{2}}-2x+1 \right) \\ & \underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,h(x)=\underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,\left( {{3}^{2}}-2\cdot 3+1 \right) \\ & \underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,h(x)=\left( 9-6+1 \right) \\ & \underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,h(x)=\left( 3+1 \right) \\ & \underset{x\to 3}{\mathop{\lim }}\,h(x)=4 \\ \end{align}\ \)
Portanto, o limite da função tenderá a \(\boxed4\) qauando x tender a \(\boxed3\).
Agora iremos esboçar o gráfico dessa função e para isso utilizaremos o software Geogebra:
