1. Overview
Traditional surveying and mapping method is to obtain data through ground and
manual observation, the accuracy of acquired data is limited by many objective
conditions. In recent decades, due to the development of space technology and
computer information technology, traditional surveying and mapping has moved towards
digital surveying and mapping. UAV technology has played an important role in this
process.
UAV has the characteristics of flexible, efficient, rapid, accurate, low operation cost,
short production cycle, etc. It can replace workers in remote (difficult to reach) and
high-risk areas, and can perform missions in complex ground and weather conditions. It
has unique advantages in digital city construction, disaster emergency treatment, major
project construction, land supervision and other fields, and has become the preferred
remote sensing platform for emergency support and small-scale mapping.
Due to the characteristics of UAV remote sensing platform and its data acquisition,
there are still many problems to be solved in engineering application, such as reducing
ground control points, improving the degree of operation automation, obtaining results
with high efficiency and improving the level of accuracy.
CW-007 is a portable electric vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV system.
With tool-free disassembly, electrical integration, high altitude and other performance
characteristics. It is including RTK/PPK and aerial camera, can not only remove or greatly
reduce ground control points, improve the level of automation and precision, realize the
goal of surveying and mapping, but also shortening construction period and cost
reduction, improved work efficiency. According to customer's request, can provide the
diversity of data acquisition, a high precision, high efficiency, diversity, stable and reliable

2. CW-007 UAV aerial survey system
2.1 Platform
CW-007 is a small unmanned aerial vehicle, which mainly used in aerial survey,
agriculture, surveillance and other fields. With simple operation that can be carried
and operated by single person, full autonomous flight, vertical take-off and land, and
total weight less than 7kg, modular design, no need any tools for assembly and
disassembly, the electrical plug and the mechanical connection are completed
synchronously, brand new power management module that the whole machine is
powered by only one battery, which simplifiesthe user's operation process and
improves the efficiency of power supply.

15) Dual GPS: Ensuring that if the main differential GPS is abnormal, it can

2.5 POS system
PPK/RTK GNSS module is an industrial-grade high precision differential GNSS
module developed by JOUAV. Real-time kinematic (RTK) can be realized, PPK can
also be carried out after the flight mission is completed. In both cases, centimeter-
level positioning accuracy can be obtained. Especially suitable for high-precision
aerial photography aerial survey operations, which can reduce more than 80% of the
field ground control point and greatly improve the efficiency of aerial photography
aerial survey operations and data accuracy.

2.6.1.1 Solid, lightweight, reliable design
After considering the aerodynamic data, body strength, flight speed,
takeoff weight, vibration frequency of the motor, and the space size of the
cabin, the design of the damping adopts the four-angle damping scheme with

2.8 CWCommander™ ground station software
CWCommander™ software is a ground station support command and control
software for JOUAV® series vertical take-off and landing fixed wing UAV. It can
realize the installation and configuration of flight control and navigation system,
online parameter adjustment, flight mission planning and real-time adjustment, flight
monitoring, data distribution, document playback and other functions.

1) Flight mission management:New, Edit, Delete, Query and other streamline
operation flight for flight mission.
2) Simple route planning: with the automatic generation and calculation
function of CWCommander, customer only need to design and cover the task
area on the map, and the system will automatically calculate the flight waypoint
optimization according to relevant parameters. For complex terrain, polygonal
region can be set, and the software will automatically adjust the datum level
according to the elevation (* offline elevation data file is required for this
function).
3) Intelligent flight process control: If pre-flight inspection is completed and the
whole system meets the take-off condition, the take-off button will automatically
display and send the take-off instruction to the right slide take-off button. After

EPS3D Survey 3D mapping system is a product developed based on
EPS geographic information workstation. It provides based on orthogonal
projection (DOM), real 3D model (osgb, dae will work, obj, dsm, etc.), slanted
image (JPG), point cloud data (Ground laser scanning, Airborne laser
scanning LiDAR, measuring vehicle, UAV, etc.) of the 2D or 3D acquisition
editing tools, support for large data browsing and collecting and editing data
base integration, provide property, geographical conditions and other
professional application solutions.
Main function:
1) Source data mapping based on orthograph DOM and real scene surface
model.
2) Real 3D model and source data measurement based on slanted image.
3) Based on various ground laser scanning, airborne LiDAR, measurement
vehicle, UAV and other point cloud and panoramic photo data measurement.

system

JOUAV cloud global location service is a one-to-one cloud service platform
based on cloud computing for global location data intelligent matching, access,
storage, calculation and invocation.

As shown below:
Verticalphotographic data were processed by Pix4Dmapper, and oblique
photographic data were processed by ContextCapture software. Completed aerial
triangulation, obtained DSM, DEM, DOM, 3D model and other results, and used
MapMatrix stereoscopic mapping or EPS naked eye mapping to produce DLG results.

After continuous upgrading, the institute has formed the perfect theoretical
teaching, laws and regulations, payload use, practice flight training topics such as
system solutions, pilot's license training for trainees, and JOUAV® UAV using
training, as well as oblique photography, real-time monitoring, LiDAR system
training courses.

company focuses on the research, development, production, sales and service of

systems. JOUAV takes VTOL fixed-wing UAV systems as its core products, and
currently has seven series of verticals, namely CW-007, CW-10, CW-15, CW-20,
CW-25, CW-30 and CW-100, the maximum take-off weight covers 6.8 ~ 105 kg, flight
time covers 1 ~ 8 hours, products are widely used in surveying and mapping and
geographic information, patrol inspection, security monitoring,emergency and other

In 2015, the company took the lead in releasing and mass-producing vertical take-off
and landing fixed-wing industrial UAV in China, and included the new category of
"vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV" into the category of industrial UAV. The
company's vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing UAV product adopts a fixed-wing
combined with four-rotor composite wing layout form, which combines high energy
