city and you’re like – what is that statue
called? And you never know.
3 – Or maybe you never ask that question,
but getting curious about things like that is
really helpful, because if you ever meet a
person named Molly and you want to
instantly remember their name like that,

well you can see her getting in a fight with
the Molecule Men as an example – this giant
statue. And you can actually place that
person in that location, as a kind of
impromptu memory palace using location
based mnemonics to help you remember
something, so that’s another thing.
4 – And you know when you’re studying a
language and there’s some words that have
like a mol sound in them or a cule sound or
something like that? Well then you’ve got
the Molecule Men and all you have to do is
pay attention to your surroundings and learn
what things are called and you will increase
your mnemonic vocabulary, so to speak.
Because if you have a mnemonic vocabulary,
if you have an index of images that you can
go to, you’re able to memorise things really,
really fast.
5 – And that’s what makes people have
these amazing results in the world of
memory is that they just have an index of
images and figures that they can draw upon
instantly. Like that. Their mind is making
these associations.
So, quick tip for you – pay attention to your
surrounding world. Go out and learn what
things are called. And remember what
they’re called and you can actually use
something like this to remember what it’s
called because its, er, got a name.
6 – And that name is, itself, memorable. But
sometimes, you know, it’s just a matter of,
er, using memory techniques themselves in
order to remember what certain things are
called. Like character names when you’re
reading a book, for example. You can make
sure that you remember all the names of the
characters using different techniques and
recordar imediatamente seu nome, rápido
