The antenna package (wooden case) contains: - Nr.1 antenna - Nr.1 installation and use handbook INSTALLATION AND USE INSTRUCTIONS Remove the antenna from the wooden case and check that the device is intact. Remove the protection that you find under the antenna’s base flange (then remove the connector protection cap). The antenna’s assembly to the support is done by a flange for six M16 screws (not supplied). Run the drilling of support plate with the mask drilling below. The hole for the passage of the entire cables with connectors Nm must be free of burrs and/or sharp edges. Oil the threads of the screws with some grease as a protection from weather inclemencies and to facilitate an eventual successive taking apart of the antenna. Insert the Nr.6 screws in the antenna base flange with the plane washers, the elastic washers and the nuts. Tighten the nuts based on the class of resistance of the nuts and screws material. Connect the cable to the connector. Protect the connector from weather inclemencies (the use of an auto-agglomerative tape is suggested). Fix the cable to a support in order to avoid that its weight damages the connector. NOTE: you can also move the antenna by taking the up eyebolt. INSTALLATION AND USE HANDBOOK Ed. 01 Pag. 3/4 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR The antenna does not need a scheduled maintenance. In case of bad-working the antenna cannot be repaired on field; it is suggested to contact the supplier. INSTALLATION AND USE HANDBOOK Ed. 01 Pag. 4/4
