escafóide. A seguir, o punho é lentamente desviado radialmen- te, enquanto a pressão no polo distal é mantida, tentando impedir a sua flexão palmar. Quando o escafóide está instável o polo proximal subluxa dorsalmente e a manobra torna-se dolorosa. 8 – Teste de Phalen – flexão dos punhos causa uma diminuição do túnel do carpo e compressão do nervo mediano. 9 – Teste de Tinel – a percussão na região volar do punho na topografia de nervo mediano com neuropatia compres- siva (síndrome do túnel do carpo) causa uma hiperestsia (choque) no território inervado por este nervo. 10 – Teste de Filkenstein: utilizado para as tenosinovites estenosantes do 1º compartimento dorsal (abdutor longo e extensor curto do polegar). Realiza-se um desvio ulnar do punho passivo e forçado e, se o teste for positivo, o paciente refere uma dor intensa ao nível do 1º comparti- mento dorsal. Arnerican Orthopaedic Association.
