With 13 years of experience in voice and data network platforms, proficiency in supporting, deploying and leading technology projects focused on voice and data network. Extensive knowledge of corporate solutions, call center and administrative systems. Installation, configuration, implementation, support and maintenance of Cisco voice equipment CUCM and data network. Highlight in direct work on projects in Vale customer on TDM migration technology centers to VoIP technology in the sites of VALE SA in Brazil and in the restructuring and design of the data network. Another highlight was with the current project of the client ADM in the migration of more than 20 locations working in the implementation and solutions in the areas of voice, data network, WAN and data security. Acting as leader of the networks and voice team in this project. I am always open to new challenges which have always accompanied my professional career. I work well independently and on a team to solve problems. Organized and prioritized work to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner. I remain open minded and committed to advanced communication practices. I work in collaboration with other team members to achieve success. I continually work to enhance my set of communication skills and strategies.
