To whom it may concern,
I am writing on behalf of Maria Teresa Cunha e Sá. She completed an 8-week internship, from the 3rd of July to the 25th of August 2017, in Americas Medical City in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as a business analyst in the administration department. 
I developed a very high regard for Teresa based on the important contributions that she made throughout the course of the internship. She was responsible for two projects, one concerning the development of a financial model to evaluate the performance of the hospital’s specialty centers, and the other regarding the revamping of the weekly production meetings by re-structuring the presentations and the corresponding models behind them. She worked very independently and in a detail-oriented fashion. Therefore, her work is thorough, accurate and of great usefulness.
Teresa showed remarkable work ethics allowing her to work hard and diligently whilst maintaining impressive quality standards. In the two months she spent in AMC, Teresa had to cope with the several challenges that arise from Brazil and Portugal’s healthcare system and organizational culture differences. Nonetheless, she proved to be a quick learner and, more importantly, an interested person. Moreover, Teresa is a people-person with noteworthy people-skills. She is a team player and will surely be missed by everyone. 
In conclusion, I give her my strong recommendation and wishes of success for her future endeavors.
