Hi, my name is Iuri Medeiros and today I’ll talk about stress. To make this presentation fluid, before I start, I would like to list the topics of this presentation. First, I'll talk about the definition of stress and give to you some concepts. After this, I’ll describe a person who leads a stressful life and I'll narrate his rotine. In another topic I'll give to you instructions on how to get rid of stress, yeah if you're a stressed person my tips will help you, trust me. To finish my presentation I'll give my opinion about how stress can influence my life. Of course, I reserved one topic to you. It's a topic about doubts, questions or suggestions. So, let's start What is stress? Is it normal? This feeling is good or bad? So, In psychology, stress is a feeling of strain and pressure or any unpleasant emotion and feeling. (Is a disease of modern man) In the most of cases It’s a bad feeling, but exist another side of stress. Stress can help improve athletic performance in the meaning of generate adrenaline (Can mean adversity, distress, exertion, pressure). In this topic i'll talk about my own life because I lead a stressful life. And the question is WHY? The answer is simple, because I do many things in a same time, I'll explain better narrating my routine I start to work at 8 O'clock am on Del Castilho until 5 O'clock pm, so I need wake up at 5 o'clock am. After my work I need to go to my college on Santa Cruz and my class start at 7:20 O'clock pm until 10:30 O'clock PM. every single day. I develop many projects, I mean, automation projetcs and the 2 last days of the month I need to go to my post-graduation. And of course all saturdays I need to come to the english course. So Can you imagine all those informations on my mind. How can I rid of these kind of stress? If you're feeling overwhelmed by a stressful situation, try taking a break and listening to relaxing music. because if you hear rock like Slip it wouldn't help you. try to listen waves on the beach, some instruments like saxophone, piano. And the last tip drink some tea, it will help you too In my opinion you need to be careful to not to harm other people with your problems. Imagine you so stressed today and your friend make some joke to you. You’ll punch him alright? I promised in the beginning of the presentation and now it's your turn.
