You can, for example, perform a differential diagnosis checking whether the Card or NC is defective. Command Name of the command: "sc check-cf“. Please note: No blanks are allowed between "check“ and "-cf“ Application After having completed the commissioning procedure, you should save the contents of the card. You can either remove the card from the controller and perform a backup on the PG via Installdisk or using this Service Command (we recommend that you use this method). How to proceed 1. Boot the NCU from boot-capable stick (linuxbase-512M.img) 2. login with WinSCP as "admin“, PW "SUNRISE“ (see WinSCP description) 3. Service command "sc backup /data/{filename}.tgz This initiates the backup, the backup file is stored on the stick in the root directory under the {filename}.tgz indicated. Notice After the message "done“, it takes approx. 1 min until the data have been stored on the stick. Application This application is used to rewrite a CF Card including the license key, the user directory and the boot files. How to proceed 1. Boot the NCU from boot-capable stick (linuxbase-512M.img). The map file must be located on the stick. 2. login with WinSCP as "admin“, PW "SUNRISE“ (see WinSCP description) 3. Service command "sc restore -full /data/{filename}.tgz The "-full“ option allows to format the target card as well. Notice Linux is case-sensitive. Application Create an image during operation. In this example, this requires an USB stick with a FAT-formatted partition, e.g. after using installdisk with linux.img. How to proceed 1. Insert USB stick in NCU (X125/X135) 2. Start WinSCP 3. Open a console 4. Change to the root via cd / (insert a blank between cd and /) 5. Create a new directory, in this case stick with mkdir /stick 6. Mount (connect) the directory with mount –t vfat /dev/sda1 /stick 7. Save data with sc backup –force /stick/datei.tgz or via any other action with target or source /stick 8. Log off USB stick via umount /stick This step is very important ! 9. Remove the directory /stick with rmdir /stick Notice Linux is case-sensitive. Please correctly position the blanks !
