Cesio 137-The biggest accident radiological in the world.
In 1987, Goiânia, Brazil 2 garbage collectors went to a abandonated hospital looking for something to earn money, they have caught a cylinder of fisioterapy buy they didn’t know it, after they took the cylinder to a junkyard and disarmed , exposing the cesium in the middle of a whole city.
The accident had a number of 104 people killed by the cesium nameplate and 1600 were contaminated. Over 100 m of the junkyard continue contaminated but with a low grade of radioactivity. More less the cylinder spent a week in the junkyard.
Over 6 tons of junk radioactive were clean of Goiania. 
The government of Brazil had called the Ibama( Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente) to clean all the area that the cesium affected and to take care of the people contaminated, over 6 tons of junk radioactive were clean of Goiania. 
Curiosity:
A nuclear accident is different from a radiological accident because the nuclear accident takes place in a nuclear power plant where radioactive material is produced , as a radiological accident happens outside of a nuclear power plant , in nature or city.
