THE ENIGMA OF THE 10TH PLANET
Speleologist from Goiania (State of Goiás of Brazil) seeks a partnership with the Brazilian scientific community to study the archaeological space in the city of Mara Rosa (state of Goiás of Brazil) with the intention of giving scientific background to the announcement of the 10th planet of the solar system made by primitive Indians through engravings on rocks left in the region, to jointly request the union international astronomical, change of its name from Eris to Pan (god of nature). THE PUZZLE IS UNRAVELED
Speleologist from Goiania (State of Goiás of Brazil) seeks a partnership with the Brazilian scientific community to study the archaeological space in the city of Mara Rosa (state of Goiás of Brazil) with the intention of giving scientific background to the announcement of the 10th planet of the solar system made by primitive Indians through engravings on rocks left in the region, to jointly request the union international astronomical, change of its name from Eris to Pan (god of nature).
	A report published in 1997 in the morning journal would have anticipated the existence of the tenth planet of the solar system (in the period in which the reporting was transmitted by the morning newspaper the international astronomical union had not yet demoted pluton the category of dwarf planet and was believed that the solar system had 9 planets). The speleologist and environmentalist Antonio Carlos Volpone, who joined the group that made the expedition to the region of Mara Rosa's city (380 km from Goiania, state of Goiás) at that time, bet on this hypothesis and asks for recognition for pioneering. He was interviewed by the newspaper and presented images and engravings on a stone located in the region. "It's all in the stone. It's incredible, because a lot of people have verified this fact," says the speleologist, with the conviction that he participated in a great scientific discovery. "The data relate to the existence of a tenth planet in our solar system, a conclusion that has only now been proven by scientists," said geologist Anderson Silva in the DM newspaper on July 30, 1997.
	In 2004, seven years after the DM newspaper reported, an icy object, located 13 billion kilometers from the earth, was identified as the tenth planet in the solar system. Nicknamed Sedna, the possible planet is between 1300 and 1600 kilometers in diameter.
	At the time of its discovery there was still no consensus among academics and scientists that Sedna would even be a planet, but another (planet) one informally called Xena was discovered in 2005 to finish the doubts that there was indeed a strong claimant to the tenth planet. Volpone reiterates that the hypothesis of the existence of the new planet would be at the disposal of the designs found in the pictures of Mara Rosa's City. Everything was recorded by the DM newspaper before the subject took the pages of sciences of the international media.
	In August 2006, Resolution 5 of the International Astronomical Union - IAU established that to be recognized as a planet a celestial body should orbit the sun, have enough mass to assume a rounded shape, have cleared the neighborhood of its orbit, and the same resolution created the category of "dwarf planets" that should orbit the sun, have enough mass to assume a rounded shape, did not clear the vicinity of its orbit, and is not a satellite.
	With these definitions of IAU, pluto was demoted to dwarf planet and the newly discovered 2003UB313 previously known as Xena was also demoted to dwarf planet and was named Eris.
	There are regional studies carried out on the archaeological material found in Mara Rosa's city, but lack the interest of researchers from other countries. They are unaware of the material found in the municipality. Called petroglyphs, these drawings represent cave inscriptions that can be considered as the first artistic manifestations of the primitive man of goias.
	The magazine UFO (Brazil), responsible for researching unidentified objects, endorsed the information published by the DM newspaper in February 1999, reports Volpone. He presents a copy of the magazine that had repercussions on the achievements of the group of researchers from Goiás at that time.
