A Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho – CLT regulamenta as relações trabalhistas, tanto do trabalho urbano quanto do rural.
Principal instrumento para regulamentar as relações de trabalho e proteger os trabalhadores.

A CLT surgiu pelo Decreto-Lei nº 5.452, de 1 de maio de 1943, sancionada pelo então presidente Getúlio Vargas, unificando toda legislação trabalhista existente no Brasil.
O surgimento da CLT não passou por um processo legislativo comum. 
Na época foram reunidas as legislações que já existiam sobre o Direito do Trabalho. 
Foi por esse motivo que a lei recebeu o nome de Consolidação.
Com o passar do tempo e, conforme as necessidades e as mudanças das relações de trabalho, as regras foram sendo atualizadas e outras foram incluídas para aumentar a proteção das relações de trabalho e os direitos dos trabalhadores.

Yellow
Is the color of gold, butter and ripe lemons. In the spectrum of visible light, yellow is found between green and orange.
Blue
Is the colour of the clear sky and the deep sea. It is located between violet and green on the optical spectrum.
Red
Is the color of blood, and because of this it has historically been associated with sacrifice, danger and courage.
