Considering the concept of Minimum Viable Product, analyze the following premises:
I - The MVP must present the basic set of features that the product needs to have and that can be presented to customers and also produced when necessary. The main objective is to develop something that can be presented to the customer and that allows verifying the customer's reaction, as well as studying their behavior in relation to the proposed and missing features, which can be developed later based on the collected information.
II - This MVP should not only validate the product/service but also the business model proposed by the company. These are very rich information, collected directly from the target audience, which certainly validates or invalidates the developed value proposition.
III - Focus on viable, not minimum, this is one of the great contributions of the Lean Startup methodology to current entrepreneurship.
