Procedures for impugning the Call for Accreditation
Delivery of documentation
The proponent who does not impugn the terms of the Call for Accreditation until the second business day preceding the opening of the qualification envelopes will lose the right to do so before the Commission.
The documents for qualification and the Registration Form must be sent electronically to the Municipal Health Secretariat - Planning and Regulation Directorate, via intranet, after prior examination of the documentation presented by the proponent.
The documents for qualification and the Registration Form will be delivered personally by the proponent to the Municipal Health Service Directorate, where the professional will eventually perform the services, according to their specialty.
If any deficiency is identified in relation to the documentation presented, the service will be responsible for immediately informing the proponent to remedy the deficiency within 10 (ten) days, informing them that the silence or withdrawal of the proponent in remedying the deficiencies within the above fixed period will be interpreted as disinterest in the accreditation and the documentation presented will be disregarded.
