What are the requirements for obtaining authorization for a customs agency in Mexico?

I. The company must have as its corporate purpose the provision of customs clearance services for goods in the different customs regimes provided for in the law.
II. The company must be made up of Mexican citizens and at least one customs agent who is not subject to any disqualification, suspension, cancellation, or extinction procedure of the patent of which he or she is the holder.
