Identify the correct sequence of events related to the Mexican War of Independence:

A) Hidalgo and Costilla was a Mexican insurgent and priest who studied at the Colegio de San Nicolás and became rector in Valladolid. He was ordained a priest in 1778 and worked to improve the economic conditions of his indigenous parishioners. He led the Cry of Dolores in 1810, which marked the beginning of the Mexican War of Independence.
B) After the Cry of Dolores, Morelos defeated the royalist army in the Battle of Cuautla and drafted the Constitution of Apatzingán in 1814. He was later executed in Ecatepec.
C) After more than ten years of fighting, there was ruin and misery in vast areas of the country. Both the royalists and the insurgents had committed abuses and the government of the viceroyalty could not control the situation. The inhabitants of New Spain no longer supported it. What they wanted most was for peace to be restored.
D) With the support of the Spaniards and the rich Creoles, Iturbide wrote to Guerrero asking him to meet to reach an agreement. They did so in Acatempan, where Guerrero agreed to support Iturbide.
E) In February 1821, backed by Guerrero, Iturbide signed the Plan of Iguala or the Three Guarantees, inviting the inhabitants of the viceroyalty to unite to achieve independence. The Trigarante or Three Guarantees army resulted from the union of Spaniards and Creoles.
F) Juan O'Donojú, the last Spaniard sent to govern New Spain, arrived in August and recognized the independence of Mexico by signing the Treaty of Córdoba with Iturbide.
