1. The instructions presented in this test booklet and other instructions made by the organizers are complementary to the IFBA 003/2022 Edict - Public Tender for Administrative Technicians in Education - TAE.
2. The Objective and Dissertative Tests will have a maximum duration of 4 (four) hours, including the time intended for transcription on the Answer Sheets, the only valid documents for corrections, which will not be replaced due to any errors or damages caused by the candidate.
3. The candidate's exit from the test room will only be allowed after the secrecy period, which is 1 (one) hour, counted from the effective start of the tests.
4. After delivering the test, the candidate must immediately leave the place, not being authorized even to use the bathroom and drinking fountain.
5. The last 3 (three) candidates in each room may only deliver the tests and leave the place simultaneously after signing the test application report.
6. Check your personal data on the Objective Test Answer Sheet, especially your name and the identification document number registered at the time of registration.
7. The Dissertative Test Answer Sheet is electronically coded. Check if the code corresponds to what is expressed in the Objective Test Answer Sheet.
8. Mark the Answer Sheets only with a blue or black ballpoint pen, under penalty of impossibility of correction, result processing, point attribution or annulment.
9. Deliver your Answer Sheets to the applicator, indispensably, at the end of the test.
10. This booklet contains:
A) 50 MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS, OF THE OBJECTIVE TEST, thus distributed:
- Portuguese Language: 10 questions (numbered from 01 to 10);
- Legislation and Ethics in Public Administration: 10 questions (numbered from 11 to 20);
- Basic Computer Science: 10 questions (numbered from 21 to 30);
- Specific Knowledge: 20 questions (numbered from 31 to 50).
Each question presents 5 alternatives, from (a) to (e). Read carefully and answer each of the questions.
B) INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DISSERTATIVE WRITTEN TEST:
The candidate must produce a Composition, according to the statement expressed in the Answer Sheet and the instructions in this booklet, and in a maximum extension of 30 (thirty) lines for the text, which must be written in Portuguese. The candidate will receive only 01 (one) sheet for use as a draft.
The candidate will not be evaluated for any fragment of text that is written outside the Dissertative Test Answer Sheet or that exceeds the maximum allowed extension, except for cases beyond the candidate's control, analyzed and authorized by the Tender Coordination.
The candidate will receive a zero grade or will be eliminated in cases where the Dissertative Test Answer Sheet:
- is without text (blank);
- is written in pencil (in part or in its entirety), illegible and/or incomprehensible;
- contains any type of term, mark and/or sign that identifies or presupposes identification or any form of communication; or
- when not returned, together with the draft sheets.
11. Check your test booklet and request the appropriate measures from the applicator, during the first 10 (ten) minutes of the test, if the booklet is:
- divergent from the position/area/function of your registration; and/or
- incomplete in relation to the distribution of questions and composition of tests; and/or
- with any defect that makes it impossible to complete the tests.
