A situação atual do Direito Internacional Público é a alternativa "d) I e II estão corretas". O Direito Internacional Público é uma área em constante desenvolvimento, especialmente após a Segunda Guerra Mundial, e é cada vez mais difícil de entender quando os interesses dos Estados entram em conflito com os ideais mais nobres da humanidade. Além disso, o Direito Internacional Público não é afetado por regulamentações que nem sempre são legais e não é obrigado a interagir com elas e tentar regulá-las.
