In the case of pregnancy (confirmed or suspected) or if the patient is breastfeeding, the doctor should be consulted immediately. 2- Inform the patient of the most frequent adverse reactions (constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, phlebitis) related to the use of the medication and that in the event of any of them occurring, the doctor should be immediately notified. 3- During therapy, monitor liver, cardiac, and renal functions.
