Opening snap -> Pathognomonic
Hypertrophic B1 / B2 may be hypertrophic / HAP -> Hypertrophic P2
Normal or reduced ictus / Best seen in DLE, Expiration
Increased and visible AE on X-ray

As características clínicas da estenose mitral incluem: - Sopro sistólico de regurgitação, alta frequência, irradiando para a axila e para as costas; - Abertura rápida da valva mitral (Opening snap) -> Patognomônico; - B1 / B2 hipertrofiados podem estar hipertrofiados / HAP -> P2 hipertrofiado; - Ictus normal ou reduzido / Melhor visto em DLE, expiração; - Aumento e visibilidade do AE no raio-x.
