Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is the first former Brazilian president to be imprisoned for a common crime. Convicted to 12 years and 1 month in prison for passive corruption and money laundering, he had his arrest ordered by federal judge Sérgio Moro. Before Lula, however, other Brazilian former presidents were arrested, but all for political reasons, EXCEPT:
