A alternativa correta é a letra d) II e IV apenas. A partir da imagem e das informações relacionadas ao tema da comunicação, podemos inferir que é importante incluir na lista de referências bibliográficas os livros citados na abordagem teórica de um trabalho acadêmico (II) e que a referência bibliográfica é de extrema importância para que o leitor de um trabalho acadêmico tenha a oportunidade de utilizar as fontes apresentadas pelo pesquisador e autor do estudo (IV).
